Our typical fee for new clients is £495. However, for the following complex transactions our fee will £595.

Our fees for existing clients are:


Product transfer with existing lender - £50
Further advance with existing lender - £195
Remortgage to new lender - £195
New property purchase - £395

The fee is payable on issue of a formal mortgage offer.

 

 

 

 

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate it to be £495. We do not charge any upfront fees and where a fee is to be charged this would only be payable once a formal offer of mortgage has been issued by a lender.
